Mr. Gleissner is a Principal and Co-owner of Civil Site Group, Inc. He has over 21 years of professional experience in land development consulting and site/civil design for single family, multi-family, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. Mr. Gleissner possesses experience in hydrological and hydraulic analysis for stormwater drainage systems, stormwater quality design (BMPs), utility main and lift station design, roadway design, land planning, zoning assistance, public presentation representation, contract administration, and construction coordination. Mr. Gleissner has developed strong relationships with many different permitting agencies throughout the state of Indiana. He is also proficient in preparing construction documents and obtaining approvals based upon jurisdictional agency requirements for the City of Indianapolis, Hamilton County and surrounding metropolitan areas.
